Throughout construction, we represent ownership’s interests across all management and field activities. Responsibilities include contractor oversight, schedule monitoring, pay application and cost review, change management, and issue resolution across trades. The emphasis is on maintaining schedule discipline and cost control while upholding quality, life-safety compliance, and long-term operational performance.
































Interior, Amenity & Resident-Focused Environments
We oversee the delivery of resident-facing environments, including units, common areas, dining venues, wellness spaces, and memory support facilities. By coordinating interior designers, FF&E vendors, contractors, and operations teams, we ensure design intent translates into durable, functional spaces that support resident experience, staff efficiency, and long-term asset performance.
